Refunds & Returns Policy

At TizzyWizzy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and refunds in accordance with the policy outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
✅ Unused & in Original Condition – The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
✅ Original Packaging – The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, accessories, and manuals (if applicable).
✅ Proof of Purchase – A valid order confirmation email or receipt must be provided.
✅ Return Request within 30 Days – You must initiate the return within 15 days of receiving your order.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene, personalization, or safety reasons:
🚫 Personalized or Custom-Made Items (e.g., engraved toys, custom color selections)
🚫 Gift Cards
🚫 Final Sale or Clearance Items (Items marked as non-returnable at checkout)
🚫 Items Damaged by Misuse or Improper Handling
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these simple steps:

- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for return
- If applicable, attach photos of the item (for defective/damaged products)
2️⃣ Wait for Approval – We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days with return instructions.
3️⃣ Ship the Item – Once approved, securely package the item and send it to the return address provided in our response.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
4️⃣ Receive Your Refund or Replacement – Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-10 business days (see Section 5 below).
4. Return Shipping Costs & Fees
- If you are returning an item due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If you are returning an item for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind, ordered the wrong item), you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee unless explicitly stated for specific items.
5. Refund Process & Timeframes
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
✔ Approved Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Processing times:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days
- PayPal or Other Digital Payments: 3-7 business days
❌ Rejected Refunds:
- If your return does not meet our policy requirements, we will notify you and return the item to you at your expense.
6. Exchanges & Replacements
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost.

7. Order Cancellations & Modifications

- If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process.
